omakase tasting
We offer service at the 6-seat counter facing the open kitchen where guests can enjoy a two hour omakase (chef’s choice) tempura-focused tasting ($145/$175 per guest), at two/three fixed seating times a day.
FOOD ALLERGIES AND RESTRICTIONS
We serve omakase style (“chef’s choice”) tempura-focused tasting menu and while we are happy to arrange pescatarian courses by advance order, we are unable to accept requests for substitutions (e.g. we are not able accommodate vegetarian, non-fish only / non-vegetable only courses).
Kindly confirm and list all dietary allergies and restrictions (including the use of wasabi; raw fish/seafood; dairy; etc) for each guest at the time of your reservation, as we are unable to accommodate unconfirmed requests on the day of your visit.
Please be advised that all dishes are prepared in limited kitchen space and we use a single specialized pot for preparing tempura. We are unfortunately unable to accommodate guests who wish to avoid gluten/soy sauce/egg/sesame oil/cottonseed oil and the use of bonito fish & kelp dashi (broth).
